What do the different states of the products sold correspond to?
New with tags
As received, the tags are still attached, and/or the item is in its original packaging. The item has never been used and has no defects.
New without tags
The item is new, but does not have the original tags or packaging. The item has never been used and has no defects.
Excellent condition
The item is like new and has no defects. It may have been previously used.
Very good condition
Used or worn a few times, but is immaculate, it may have some small imperfections, which are clearly indicated and mentioned in the advertisements.
Good condition
Used or worn many times, may show signs of wear, which are clearly indicated and mentioned in the advertisements
Where do the items for sale come from?
Individuals, most of whom bought the product new on the brand's website, wanted to put their product on sale to empty their cupboards, buy new products... and make people happy!
Some items come directly from the Volcom brand ( prototypes, exhibition models, etc.)

Is the price of the products negotiable?
The price of the items is not negotiable.
It is set directly by the seller, to whom we suggest a fair price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), Apple Pay & Paypal
Can I return the product if it doesn't suit me (size, color, etc.)?
If your product is not compliant , we will refund you and generate your return label within 24 hours.
Your product does not suit you :
- Items purchased from a private seller are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, we offer the option to relist your purchase, commission-free.
- Items purchased from Kulte can be returned, with a return fee of €7.99 payable by the customer.
How can I be sure I will receive my item?
The vast majority of orders reach their recipients without incident!
If you encounter a problem (shipping, delivery, etc.), we invite you to write to us . Once the problem has been reported and confirmed, you will be reimbursed directly to your bank account.
How can I be sure that the product received will be as described?
Once you have received your order, you have 72 hours to report any problems (non-compliant item, counterfeit, etc.).
Our teams will analyze your request as quickly as possible and proceed with a full refund of your order.

How long does the seller have to ship my order?
The seller has 5 days to ship your order!
But the vast majority ship it much faster!

Which countries can I get delivered to?
We only deliver to mainland France at the moment.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer delivery to a collection point (from €4.99) and to your home (from €8.49)
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery of your order depends on the number of shipments and the delivery method chosen.
For example, if your order consists of 3 items, from 2 different sellers and you wish to have it delivered to a relay point, you will pay 2 x €4.99, or €9.98.
The exact amount is calculated during the payment step!
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive emails at each important stage of your package.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?
Occasionally, the order may be delayed... or lost along the way.

How much can I get by selling an item?
When you make a sale on the platform, you get a 110% gift card (e.g. €110 gift card for a €100 sale).
You also have the option of obtaining a transfer of 85% of the sale amount.
How do I sell my items?

Can I send you my products so that you can manage the sale directly?
We don't offer this service at the moment but we have this need in mind!
I won't be able to ship my items for a while (holidays, etc.), what should I do?
This is an excellent question, which will prevent you from degrading your order cancellation rate!
You have the option to deactivate your current ads by contacting us directly.
How do I use my gift card?
To use your gift card:
- Visit our Volcom website
- Select the products of your choice and add them to your cart.
- When paying, enter your gift card numbers in the box provided for this purpose.
