Nopli SAS
When an order is placed, Nopli simplifies the user experience by integrating shipping directly into the shopping cart.
However, when the Buyer selects a delivery method, they enter into a direct contract in their own name with the carrier.
Delivery Terms
1 – Choice of Delivery Method and Payment
When placing an order, the Buyer selects the delivery method of their choice.
Delivery Fees are the responsibility of the Buyer and are paid at the same time as the order.
The Buyer can track the progress of their order using a tracking number or directly from their Personal Account.
2 – Order Shipment
Once the order has been placed, the Seller is notified by email and receives the shipping label (Transport Label).
The Seller has a period of five (5) days to confirm the sale and ship the product.
To do so, the Seller simply needs to print the shipping label and affix it to the package.
3 – Order Receipt
Once the order has been delivered, the Buyer has seventy-two (72) hours to confirm successful receipt of the order.
After this period, the order will be automatically validated.
